Hello, my interests and areas of experience are in replacing a full-time income with passive income (so I only work when I choose to, not because I have to). I am a working mum and small business owner: running a property "room rental/HMO" business, and sourcing discounted properties for investors, providing property solutions for homeowners. I also have an interest in information publishing and internet marketing and am looking to develop new streams of passive income through these businesses.

My passions are my two boys, travelling and dogs.
